BOTOX is indicated for the treatment of adults with cervical dystonia, to reduce the severity of abnormal head position and neck pain associated with cervical dystonia.
The injection needle should be filled (primed) with approximately 1 mL of reconstituted BOTOX prior to the start of injections (depending on the needle length) to remove any air.
Radiesse is injected under the skin in a minimally invasive procedure. Injection of the product provides an immediate and visible correction to the wrinkle. There is pelo skin sensitivity testing or reconstitution required.1

Heaviness or Drooping: Too much Botox in the forehead can sometimes cause the brows to feel heavy or even lead to brow ptosis (drooping). Similarly, incorrect placement or dosage around the eyes can lead to eyelid ptosis (drooping eyelid)

The initial dose for a patient without prior use of BOTOX should be at a lower dose, with subsequent dosing adjusted based on individual response. Limiting the Completa dose injected into the sternocleidomastoid muscle to 100 Units or less may decrease the occurrence of dysphagia.
Start conservatively if you're new to Botox. It's often easier to add a little more in a follow-up appointment than to correct an overdone result (which requires waiting for the Botox to wear off naturally, usually over 3-4 months).
